One of my favourite places to take out of town visitors for dinner here in Muscat is at the Safari rooftop grill at the Grand Hyatt. I like it because there are set menus with set prices, and people can drink as much or as little as they wish. It closes down every summer because its an outdoor venue and lets face it, who wants to sweat all the way through their fancy steak dinner?
They reopened the Safari rooftop grill a week or two ago and as it's one of my favourites I thought I'd share it here. There you go! They're open every day from 7-11pm, you can all on +968 2464 1234 or email muscat.dining@hyatt.com for reservations.
While I'm on the topic of the Grand Hyatt, the other fabulous outdoor restaurant there has also reopened for the season. Marjan is open Sunday to Thursday from 7-10:30pm and they do great Indonesian food, as well Sushi and Sashimi too - well worth a look in if you're a fan of that cuisine. You can all on +968 2464 1234 or email muscat.dining@hyatt.com for reservations.
