Friday brunch returns to the Al Bustan with Veuve Clicquot

Tomorrow see's the return of the Winter Friday brunch at the Beach Pavilion in the Al Bustan Palace hotel. The focus is on seafood but there is of course all sorts of types of food on offer, (but not including a pork station) and a Kids corner too with food and activities just for them. There will be a live DJ providing the soundtrack to the afternoon too, at a spectacular location right on the beach.

The length of the brunch is much longer than most, if not all, other brunches in the city. The brunch runs from 1:30pm until 5pm and there are a number of pricing options available, all prices below are before taxes:

RO 12 is for kids
RO 25 is for soft drinks and juices
RO 39 is for unlimited selected alcoholic drinks (beer and wine)
RO 49 is for unlimited Veuve Clicquot champagne and house drinks

Now given that a single bottle of Veuve Clicquot will set you back RO 38.8 in the shops here, this doesn't seem to be a bad offer at RO 49++ - that is of course if you like your bubbles.
