The Expat Travel Shop

I've been asked to share a friends business here should any of you be thinking about booking a holiday in the coming months (Easter, Summer... EID!). Angie Whitehead runs this business and below is her introduction.....

The Expat Travel Shop is the brain child of Angie Whitehead an expat herself for the last 2 years..
She currently lives in the Middle East and has realized that Muscat is well placed to travel to many places, after discussing with friends and family The Expat Travel Shop was born.

Angie owned and managed one of the Top 5 Golf tour operators in Cape Town where she lived before starting the expat life.  She has made many friends and met many fellow tour operators throughout the world whom she has kept in contact with which enables her to offer very competitive prices as well as offering someone on the ground in each place to help once you arrive.

No trip is too small or too big as with her experience she has dealt with both high end corporate business men as well as organized school trips and girls or boys weekends away.

A myth that all people have is that you have to pay more in order to use a travel agent or a tour operator but due to the fact that we are tour operators we negotiate rates with hotels and other suppliers so that the money we make is actually included in the price.  You dont pay any extra we just get a lower base price than you would if you dealt direct with the supplier.

The Expat Travel shop are offering special discounts on all trips booked to South Africa and Sri Lanka for Easter. So if you're shopping around for a Easter holiday, why not give Angie a ring on +968 9121 1352 or check out her Facebook page here.
