The Undercover Dragon at Muscat Confidential has just weighed in on the ongoing Omanisation debate with some more suggestions on tweaks to the current Omanisation program. Again, from my totally inexperienced eye (in Omanisation policies) some of these look like pretty good suggestions.
Except anything that drives the costs up are politically quite touchy - case in point, the price of gas, and how that would have a knock on effect on many production/supply chain costs.
It's a pretty good read, so go check it out if you're interested.
Presumably in typical dragon style, that'll be all we hear from him, but who knows.
