A good friend of mine has decided to leave Oman for more, well, tear-gassy climes. He's moving to Bahrain. He has decided that his shopping trolley can stay in Oman and he'll buy a new one there.

Which means his 2010 Volvo XC60 is up for sale. It's got 44,700 KM's and the asking price is RO 8,000

    One of the most under-rated cars ever made. For 8k it is a bargain but the sheep will still spend more on something like a RAV4!

    Poor Dave.I can imagine never ending
    time-wasters annoying the seller and asking silly questions:
    1.Is it the last price?
    2.Is it after discount?
    3.What is the best price?
    4.I can give you 3000 rials
    and so on....
    I had a Subaru Outback before and given a company car last year so decided to sell my car.Oh dear,I should have written a book about how the people bargain,negotiate and lament.
