From today (8th May) until the 12th there is a special guest chef at the Grand Hyatt's Tuscany restaurant offering signature Italian dishes. Chef Francisco Canzano has been flown in for 5 days to showcase his culinary skills.

For those interested in it, on the 12th May (Sunday) at 4pm, Chef Canzano is leading a cooking class. A pretty fun class I'd imagine.... if you like cooking! The cost is RO 32, but if you quote "Facebook18" when booking your seat for the cooking class, the cost is RO 18 per person. Call 2464 1234 or Email muscat.dining@hyatt.com for more information.

    Heard of an earthquake today on the scale 6.3 !!! Surprised (and fortunate) that tremors were not felt in the capital area.
